THE CANNERY
Refurbishment and conversion of an old heritage building into a multi tenancy 2 level boutique retail/ eatery precinct.
An innovative redevelopment of the 100-year old Rosella tomato soup cannery in Sydney’s Rosebery, this project consisted of three buildings with a combination of adaptive re-use, refurbishment and new build. With a net area of 7,214 sqm of retail, office, warehouse and industrial space to let.
Mainstream Electrical was awarded the design and construct package of all electrical and communications services. Mainstream Electrical carried out an extensive design ensuring the satisfaction of the clients budgetary needs without sacrificing style and quality.
Mainstream Electrical managed all the authority approvals and project management of all Level 1 and 2 services throughout the project. Mainstream Electrical also carried out the Electrical fit-out applications for many of the tenants. This project is not only a huge success commercially but a game-changing development for the area and is now completed and fully let.
Mainstream Electrical was very excited to work with the Client and their premium tenants such as Kitchen By Mike, Black Star Pastry, Da Mario, Fred International and Koskela.
