JACK BRABHAM RESERVE
The Jack Brabham Reserve Amenities building in Oran Park is a modern and well-equipped facility designed to serve the needs of the local community. It is a versatile space that provides amenities for various activities and events, enhancing the overall recreational experience for visitors.
PROJECT DETAILS
Mainstream Electrical was entrusted with the electrical work within the amenities building. This encompassed the implementation of cutting-edge smart automation lighting systems, which are designed to provide energy-efficient illumination while offering flexibility and convenience in controlling lighting levels based on the building's usage and occupancy.
In addition to smart lighting, Mainstream Electrical also handled the installation of power systems throughout the building. These power systems were strategically planned and executed to support a range of electrical equipment and appliances essential for the building's functionality and comfort.
A significant aspect of Mainstream Electrical's work involved the installation of a main switchboard in a new switchroom. This switchboard serves as the central hub for electrical distribution within the building, ensuring safe and reliable power supply to various areas and systems.
One of the key requirements of the project was to conceal all conduits, ensuring they are not visible to maintain a clean and seamless aesthetic within the building. Mainstream Electrical executed this requirement meticulously, integrating conduits discreetly into the building's structure while ensuring efficient routing and connectivity for electrical wiring.
The client for this project was Urban Growth, a prominent development agency, and the builder was Perich Constructions, known for their high-quality construction projects. Together with these partners, Mainstream Electrical successfully contributed to the creation of a state-of-the-art amenities building at Jack Brabham Reserve in Oran Park, offering a blend of modern amenities and advanced electrical solutions for the community's enjoyment and convenience.
